The Wise Monkeys The first of these three
monkeys has His fingers on his lips, And not a single naughty
word Between them ever slips. The second little monkey
has His hands upon his eyes, The naughty things that
people do, This monkey never spies. The last of these three monkeys has His hands upon his ears, The naughty things that people say, This monkey never hears. If any time some naughty thing I wish to say, or see Or hear, I must remember then My little monkeys three. |
