Thank you for the pictures. Collectors call these monkeys “contrarians”. They “See all, Hear all and Speak all” instead of “Hear no Evil, See no Evil and Speak no Evil”. This figurine is made of brass and has most probably been manufactured in the United Kingdom. Most of these brass souvenir items were made by Pearson-Page-Jewsbury, in Birmingham. This company has later become known as Peerage. We are somewhat unsure about the maker, because Peerage usually has marked all of their products at the bottom, but your monkeys have not such marking. We assume that this is a copy of the original.
