Valuation:

image002 Your 3 monkey set is very special, but it is still not very rare.

The set originates from Africa, most likely from Senegal.

It is very special, because it has completely been carved from one piece of wood.  

This set of “wise monkeys” was produced for the local tourist market.

Over the years I have seen approx. 35-40 very similar sets in collections or for sale on the internet.

Prices vary of course, but for an item in very good condition, a good average could be US$ 100.
